Most of us sit down and say "the same as last time". One-UP reads the photos and fills in the rest — length, texture, beard, face shape — then writes it out as an instruction a barber can actually follow. You can still change your mind. Now you can change it out loud.

Take the photos before the chair and after it. One-UP lines the two sessions up and names the difference instead of leaving it to memory. Next time you will know whether to ask for the same again — or for something else.

Sessions, visits and the barber’s note keep their order and their photos. Half a year later you can still point at the haircut that worked.

About the photos

They are the most personal thing this app asks for, so here is the short version. The full policy comes with the app.

  • Analysed, not recognised. We build no face template and match you against no one.
  • Without an account, nothing is kept. The photo goes to the model, the result comes back, the photo is gone.
  • With an account, photos stay only to be your history — and go when you delete the session or the account.
  • Helping train the model is a separate switch, off by default. Saying no costs you nothing in the app.
  • No ads. No selling data.
